Solution 3:Set up the folder permissions where the company file is saved

- On your server, right-click that folder where the company file is saved and choose properties.
- Click on the Share tab.
- Click on the advanced sharing button then choose to Share this folder.
- Type in QBPOSdbsrvuser after that click OK.
- Click to select Full Control and QBPOSdbsrvuser from the option.
- Allow Full Control to Everyone and Services user group.
- Click Apply and then ok.
Turn Network Discovery On

- Go to Control Panel then go to Network and Sharing Center.
- Choose the Change Advanced Sharing Settings available on the left pane.
