• Open Trend Micro account login portal.
• Click on Forgot which address you used before?
• Now type the serial number which you used to register your product and the code is shown, then after click Check Now. Then a window will appear, displaying your email address. (Kept this note)
• Now if you forgot your password, then click Forgot password.
• Type the email address and the code shown, and then click Check Now.
• You will be asked to check your email to reset your Trend Micro account password.

• Open Trend Micro login portal in your desire browser.
• Click on Forgot password.
• Type the email address and the code shown, and then click Check Now.
• You will be asked to check your email to reset your Trend Micro account password.
• Log in to your email and open the email received from Trend Micro.
• Now click on change your password now. A new window will open asking you to enter your new password.
• Type your new password in the desired box and then retype it in the Confirm new password box. Your password should contain 8 to 50 characters. And tick marks to remember your password.
• Click on Update Password
• Now click on Sign In
